Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. Once the product has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your credit card or original payment method within 7-10 days.
